The helium shortage has been tough to navigate but this is my favorite item to come from having to adjust! A fun 24” Jumbo attached to a stand with coordinating balloons at the collar and base. We cover the stand with a tassel or fringe and customize the topper with a special message. 

We strongly suggest you order 1-2 weeks in advance so that we can ensure your desired colors are available.
